Epicor is seeking a Principal Product Developer to evolve and support business-critical applications across modern .NET technologies and legacy Pick/UniBasic environments. This hands‑on leadership role mentors developers, shapes engineering practices, and drives modernization across APIs, databases, and release processes.

You will lead design, development, testing, and maintenance, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable Epicor distribution solutions while adopting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software development experience with Windows Forms.
• 3+ years in VB.NET including web and Windows Forms apps.
• 4+ years in distribution industry software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
• Experience with testing methodologies and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to lead technical work and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, test, and maintain software systems.
• Provide technical leadership on complex initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet change, testing, and release requirements.
• Mentor and coach other developers and deliver technical training.
• Promote best practices and drive automation, CI, and process optimization.
• Evaluate new technologies and patterns for Epicor products.
