Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in growth, funnel optimization, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning strategy at offering or segment level and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel analytics.
• Experience applying AI/ML for personalization and predictive engagement within growth.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage org building; experience scaling a growth function.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a major product area across the customer lifecycle.
• Direct accountability for revenue, active users, conversion, and retention with North Star metrics.
• Drive an AI-first product strategy with AI at the center of customer journeys.
• Set the bar for high-velocity experimentation from discovery to testing.
• Influence leaders and partners with data-backed narratives and alignment.
• Coach PMs and shape team identity and operating model as we scale growth.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and growth marketing to ship scalable solutions.
