Twilio is seeking a Principal Presales Engineer, Product Specialist to partner with sales, solutions engineering, and enterprise strategists on complex, multi-product opportunities. You will scope, design, and validate how solutions fit into a client ecosystem and help paint Twilio's long-term vision.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to identify technology patterns, influence strategy, and drive the technical win in demanding sales cycles.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience designing and validating Conversational AI or LLM-driven architectures via APIs.
• Experience leading pre-sales or solution architecture engagements, including scoping, design, and validation in Portuguese and English.
• Strong background in API-based, event-driven systems with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js or Python.
• Demonstrated expertise in messaging platforms, including throughput management and deliverability optimization.

• Develop expertise of the Twilio platform, use cases and buyer personas, while staying current with Voice + AI trends.
• Scope, design, and build multi-product solution architectures and compelling presentations to secure the Technical Win.
• Support core sales and solutions engineering on value-selling strategies in complex sales cycles.
• Design and validate scalable, secure, multi-product messaging architectures aligned to customer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Enterprise Strategists to drive technical validation and win in complex deals.
• Document patterns and technology shifts to influence Product and R&D strategy and roadmap.
