Job summary

webAI is hiring a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager in Austin, TX to own messaging and GTM narratives across our commercial business. This senior IC will shape category strategy and translate deep AI capabilities into compelling stories for technical and business buyers.

You will work across product, engineering, and sales, raising the craft of marketing and accelerating deal velocity with clear assets and field enablement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience with a strong technical orientation.
• A track record of owning messaging and positioning that moves pipeline and win rates.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, setting direction with minimal oversight.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to explain to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own and set messaging and positioning strategy across commercial audiences as the product and market evolve.
• Define how webAI positions itself in a fast-moving AI market and earn recognition from buyers and analysts.
• Partner with sales and business development to accelerate deal velocity at each funnel stage.
• Work with product managers and engineering to understand the platform technically and inform the roadmap.
• Translate on-device inference, model performance, privacy, and security into clear buyer-ready language.
• Own competitive intelligence and arm the field with actionable positioning and insights.
• Develop sales enablement materials and measure their field impact and adoption.
• Lead product launches end-to-end with clear pipeline, awareness, and adoption goals.
• Raise marketing craft across the team and mentor others without formal authority.
• Gather customer and field input to refine positioning and direction.
