Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) seeks a Finance Manager to lead the volume and capacity planning finance team and partner with operations across multiple geographies. You will provide timely analysis, drive improvements, and oversee short- and medium-term planning to support rapid delivery growth.

As part of AMZL, you will collaborate with executives and finance leaders while developing a trustworthy, solution-oriented team that challenges assumptions and delivers actionable insights for P&L impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or related analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive attainment bridge and partner on identifying opportunities to increase attainment.
• Drive continuous process improvements in financial and operational performance with Ops and Finance.
• Analyze quantitative data to lead business improvement and cost reductions.
• Advise on short- and medium-term volume planning processes and cost impact.
• Collaborate with North America Transportation on capacity drivers.
• Compare weekly volumes to plan and identify controllable vs non-controllable drivers.
• Report forecast accuracy and variances; partner to drive actions.
• Calculate buffers costs and assess impact to P&L.
