Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks a Principal Product Manager to reshape its development platform for the AI era from its Austin, TX office. You will own the platform roadmap, treat 1,000+ internal developers as customers, and build a platform for thousands of agents.

Qualifications

8+ years building infrastructure, platform, or developer tools at SaaS scale.
Hands-on depth across the modern stack: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, GitOps, secrets.
Engineer/architect/SRE/DevRel background with public-facing work.
Observability chops: OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, metrics and logging.
Receipts showing adoption and impact of your platform decisions.
Active participation in CNCF or platform-engineering communities.

Responsibilities

Own the developer platform roadmap and translate developer needs into product outcomes.
Design an agent-native interface between engineers and thousands of agents.
Partner with security, cost, and compliance as platform properties, not gates.
Lead with a clear point of view on platform strategy and governance.
