Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Principal Product Manager Technical ES to own one or more production products and help bring Agentic AI to developers worldwide. You’ll drive revenue, adoption, and a compelling product plan while partnering with AWS leadership and technical teams.

A successful candidate will blend technology acumen with business judgment, launching ground-breaking products and shaping long-term strategy in a fast-moving environment at AWS Agentic AI services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience.
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market).

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Definition – own customer strategy and working backwards documents with market feedback and metrics.
• Define Product Vision – roadmap, investment, innovation and experimentation.
• Execution of Product Planning and Development – align requirements with goals and ownership of positioning.
• Lead Product Launch – own the GTM plan and operational launch.
• Lead Operations – monitor feedback and drive growth.
• Lead interaction with Technical Team – facilitate tradeoffs based on customer requirements and QA/testing.
• Business reporting – track revenue and adoption and write leadership reports.
