Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager Technical ES to own production products and help bring Agentic AI to developers worldwide. You will drive revenue, adoption and create compelling customer value while leading strategic product plans on new initiatives.

As part of the AWS Product Leadership community, you will work with senior management to shape targets, strategy and resource needs, and help grow a team of PMs delivering innovative solutions quickly at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT) experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Definition with customer feedback, market insights and metrics.
• Define Product Vision including roadmap, investment and experimentation.
• Execute Product Planning and Development aligned with goals and GTM.
• Lead Product Launch with a go-to-market plan.
• Lead Operations including customer feedback monitoring and growth.
• Collaborate with Technical Team to balance tradeoffs and QA.
• Prepare and review business reports on revenue and adoption.
