You will own commercial strategy, partner adoption, tier progression, and engagement across cross-functional teams to monetize the long tail of accountant partners. The role demands building scalable program architecture and a bar-raising strategy grounded in partner needs, with governance spanning product, enablement, marketing, and data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner program strategy or GTM operations.
• Experience building and launching a complete partner program.
• Proven P&L ownership for long-tail channel segments.
• Fluency in SaaS commercial models (Affiliate/Referral, Revenue Share, Reseller).
• Experience scaling tiered partner programs globally with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define program architecture, business rules, success metrics, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Translate platform strategy and partner insights into scalable programmatic capabilities.
• Develop and execute adoption strategies to grow customer and partner usage across the rollout.
• Drive adoption, growth, and scale of thousands of partners through tiering and enablement.
• Manage readiness, status tracking, and cross-functional alignment for rollout phases.
