Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a senior leader to unify and scale its accountant partner program. You will own commercial strategy, partner adoption, tiering, and engagement across thousands of practices worldwide.

Reporting to Global Partner Program leadership, you’ll work across Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Legal to design scalable programs, drive revenue growth, and optimize profitability for the long-tail channel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner program strategy, GTM operations, or non-technical product management.
• Experience building a partner program from scratch and owning P&L for long-tail segments.
• Fluency in SaaS commercial models and scalable program design.

Responsibilities

• Define program architecture, business rules, success metrics, and governance.
• Translate platform strategy into scalable program capabilities for global adoption.
• Drive adoption, growth, and partner engagement across the rollout.
• Own end-to-end partner journey including enablement and benefits delivery.
• Lead cross-functional governance with legal, finance, product, and enablement.
