Workday, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of digital work across enterprise productivity and collaboration.

You will own vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for critical tools that scale across thousands of employees globally. You will partner with stakeholders, engineering, security, and executives to translate business needs into secure, high-quality experiences while applying AI thoughtfully.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management delivering enterprise applications or digital products.
• 5+ years owning product vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
• 5+ years leading large, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, platforms, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile, Scrum, or similar product-development methodologies.
• Experience delivering employee-facing digital products and enterprise SaaS capabilities.
• AI domain fluency and governance considerations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap aligned to Workday’s corporate vision and priorities.
• Lead strategic engagements with business stakeholders to understand priorities and build ROI models for roadmap investments.
• Define and measure product success through adoption, usage, employee experience, efficiency, cost, risk, and KPIBs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer for employees and business stakeholders, translating needs into opportunities.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to translate feedback into value hypotheses.
• Prioritize features, technical debt reduction, and vendor capabilities based on value and risk.
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear requirements, user stories, and release plans for globally distributed teams.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and engineering leaders to drive discovery and solution design.
