Workiva is seeking an outbound senior product manager to lead GTM for AI-driven financial and sustainability reporting products used by many Fortune 1000 customers. You will bridge product, marketing, sales, and customers to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives, collateral, and campaigns.

You will shape outbound strategy, messaging, and field enablement while influencing product roadmaps through field insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, solution consulting, product marketing, or technical GTM roles within enterprise SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience launching enterprise software solutions for the CFO’s office.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architectures, cloud platforms, and AI/agentic workflows.
• Exceptional storytelling and cross-functional leadership to translate complex tech into business value.
• Experience with enterprise customers translating innovations into business value.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
• Ability to balance quantitative data with strategic judgment.
• Demonstrated use of AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and content development.

Responsabilités

• Go-to-Market execution: drive launch strategies, adoption programs, and expansion motions for AI platforms and reporting workflows.
• Field Enablement: craft messaging and positioning; create demos, playbooks, solution briefs, competitive guides, and training materials.
• Voice of the Customer: synthesize field intelligence and customer feedback to influence roadmaps.
• Pricing & Packaging: collaborate with pricing teams to define packaging and commercial structures.
• Evangelism: represent portfolios at industry events, analyst briefings, customer briefings, webinars, and conferences.
