Job summary

Epicor seeks a Principal Product Developer to lead and contribute across .NET and legacy Pick/UniBasic environments. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on modernization, mentoring, and engineering discipline, spanning apps, integrations, APIs, databases, and release processes.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure quality and timely deliveries, and stay current with emerging technologies to keep Epicor solutions reliable and scalable.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in software development including Windows Forms.
• 3+ years building VB.NET applications (web and/or WinForms).
• 4+ years in distribution industry software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, test, and maintain software systems and applications.
• Provide technical leadership on complex development initiatives and projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure change, testing, and release requirements are met.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects with Product QA.
• Mentor and coach other developers and deliver technical training.
• Promote best practices and ongoing process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency via automation and CI.
