Job summary

Pratt & Whitney’s MSEN organization is seeking a highly motivated Principal Project Engineer – 24K Mechanical Systems. You will lead CIPT part-level ownership, manage budgets and schedules, and drive technical execution across bearings, seals, gears, and pumps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Military, Logistics, Aerospace, or Aviation with engineering/program execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with leadership, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to CIPT for part-level ownership and program requirements.
• Lead risk management and drive issues to timely closure.
• Drive metrics to meet/exceed program requirements.
• Manage budget and schedule for on-plan delivery of commitments.
• Resolve field investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Participate in Customer, SIPT, IPMT, and Senior Management interactions.
