Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and propulsion systems, seeks an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the 30K (NEO) Mechanical System project. You will own CIPT execution for bearing components, manage risks, budgets, and schedule, and interact with engineering management, suppliers, and customers to deliver on program objectives.

The role requires engineering leadership, strong communication, and a proven ability to drive cross‑functional teams in a complex aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and communicating with leadership, customers, and suppliers.
• Strong program execution, risk, schedule, and budget management.
• Familiarity with engineering and business systems such as Solumina, SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own part-level CIPT execution for bearing compartment components and set task requirements and delivery plans.
• Lead technical risk and issue management and coordinate cross‑functional and supplier actions.
• Lead IPT technical and program reviews and represent the IPT in customer and senior management interactions.
• Manage IPT budgets, schedules, and metrics; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Support validation and engine activities with technical leadership across the product lifecycle.
