RTX Pratt & Whitney's Mechanical Systems, Externals and Nacelles (MSEN) organization seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead for the 30K (NEO) Mechanical System project.

You will own part-level CIPT execution for bearing compartments and related hardware, and will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, program management, suppliers, and customers to meet technical, cost, quality, schedule, and business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in aerospace or related industries.
• Experience managing technical requirements, risks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong communication with leadership and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own CIPT execution for bearing compartments and related hardware; set requirements and plans.
• Lead risk/issue management and coordinate cross-functional/supplier actions.
• Represent IPT in reviews and management interactions; communicate status and recovery actions.
• Manage IPT budgets, schedules, and metrics; ensure cost, schedule, quality targets.
• Support product validation, engine builds, testing, and field service issues; interface with stakeholders.
