Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support the MSEN organization. You will coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and program management activities while managing technical risks, engineering changes, schedules, budgets, and program commitments throughout the product lifecycle.

The role provides part-level ownership within a CIPT and requires strong cross-functional leadership and technical problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing or related technical industry.
• Exposure to cross-functional program management and risk mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, finance and PM activities.
• Manage technical risks, engineering changes, schedules and budgets.
• Own CIPT part-level results and support program commitments.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root-cause analysis and mitigation plans.
• Engage in executive reviews and present program status and risks.
