Responsibilities

Partner with account teams to manage Fortune 500 and large enterprise LATAM accounts.
Lead all technical engagements and demonstrations in Spanish.
Advise on Atlassian AI capabilities (Rovo) and Teamwork Graph.
Lead discovery sessions mapping pain points to Atlassian's Platform and System of Work vision.
Deliver tailored demos for technical and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with Account Executives to improve selling cycles and feed Product Management.
Participate in ShipIt and AI School to stay on the cutting edge.
