Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in personal lines or commercial insurance sales.
• Strong track record of growing an active book of business.
• Proficiency in agency management systems and digital document processing.
• Knowledge of the Alexandria and Northern Virginia market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow local client base in Alexandria.
• Analyze risk profiles to recommend effective insurance solutions.
• Manage existing accounts with annual reviews and coverage gap identification.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to secure best terms for policyholders.
• Maintain accuracy in policy issuance and client documentation.
