Build and cultivate a team of dedicated insurance professionals through proactive recruiting and mentorship.

Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics while ensuring our clients receive top-tier protection.
Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture that encourages growth and celebrates individual milestones.
Collaborate with the home office to refine our product distribution and community engagement initiatives.
Provide ongoing training and development to help agents improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
Active Life, Accident, and Health insurance license in Virginia.
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
In-depth understanding of life and health insurance products and underwriting processes.
Strong public speaking and presentation abilities for recruiting and training purposes.
Capacity to analyze local market trends to drive business development.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
