Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our local client base in Alexandria.
Analyze potential clients' risk profiles to recommend the most effective insurance solutions.
Manage existing accounts by conducting annual reviews and identifying coverage gaps.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.
Maintain high standards of accuracy in policy issuance and client documentation.
Act as an ambassador for The Atlantic District, attending community events and fostering local partnerships.
Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum of 5 years experience in personal lines or commercial insurance sales
Strong track record of managing and growing an active book of business
Proficiency in agency management systems and digital document processing
Deep understanding of the local Alexandria and Northern Virginia insurance market
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to regulatory detail
