The Atlantic District in Blacksburg, VA is seeking a Principal Insurance Agent who treats sales as a problem-solving partnership with clients. You’ll be the face of the agency, delivering thoughtful guidance and building trust within the local community.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle, tailor coverage solutions, assess risk, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with carriers to secure favorable terms for policyholders. This role offers growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of policy coverage and regional market trends.
