The Atlantic District in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a visionary Principal General Agent who will lead a growing team of insurance professionals and shape the district's sales strategy. You will recruit, mentor, and train agents, ensure compliance, and collaborate with the home office to expand our product distribution while maintaining an inclusive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active Life, Accident, and Health insurance license in Virginia.
• Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of life and health insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities for recruiting and training.
• Capacity to analyze local market trends to drive business development.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance is helpful but not mandatory.
