You will mentor consultants, recruit talent, and contribute to practice growth while expanding engagements with C-suite stakeholders and leveraging AI to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience with a global firm.
• Experience serving healthcare payer organizations.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation initiatives for payers.
• Experience mentoring teams, leading workstreams across engagements.
• Strong executive presence with C-level advisory experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare payer clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client executives and develop strategic recommendations.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to growth by recruiting, mentoring, and developing best practices.
• Collaborate across strategy, CX, data, and technology to deliver innovative solutions.
• Work with strategy leaders in a cross-functional environment.
• Focus on how AI will transform the healthcare industry and accelerate outcomes.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
