The role emphasizes collaboration across strategy, experience, data, and technology teams, with a heavy focus on AI-enabled transformation and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience.
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare life sciences engagements.
• Proven experience advising C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience with operating model transformation, business process improvement, or enterprise strategy in healthcare.
• Appreciation for Agile and technology-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare life sciences clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, delivering strategic recommendations.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams across engagements.
• Support growth of the Management Consulting practice through recruiting and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across strategy, CX, data, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
