Publicis Sapient is seeking a Principal to drive digital business transformations for healthcare life sciences clients. You will lead large-scale engagements, advise senior executives, and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a cross-functional environment.

The role emphasizes AI-driven transformation and growth of the practice. You will build executive relationships, shape strategy, and collaborate across strategy, customer experience, data and technology teams to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience, preferably with a global firm.
• Experience serving healthcare life sciences organizations or payer entities.
• Experience leading large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to mentor consultants and manage cross-engagement workstreams.
• Strong executive-level communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare life sciences clients.
• Serve as trusted adviser to senior client executives and develop strategic recommendations.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams across multiple engagements.
• Contribute to practice growth through recruiting, mentoring, and thought leadership.
