Publicis Sapient is seeking a Principal to grow and shape the Management Consulting practice in healthcare payer transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic digital business transformations and advise senior executives on operational performance and value.

You will mentor consultants, help recruit, and contribute to best practices while collaborating across strategy, experience, data, and technology leaders to drive innovative solutions and AI-enabled outcomes.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience, preferably with a global consulting firm.
• Demonstrated consulting experience serving healthcare payer organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives for healthcare payer clients.
• Proven experience managing consulting teams, leading workstreams, and mentoring consultants across multiple engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare payer clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, developing strategic recommendations.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to growth of the Management Consulting practice by supporting recruiting and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across strategy, customer experience, data, and technology teams to deliver transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
