Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience.
• Experience serving healthcare payer organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare payer clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, developing strategic recommendations.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams across engagements.
• Support recruiting, mentoring consultants, and developing best practices.
