Qualifications

• Experience serving healthcare life sciences organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale business and digital transformations for healthcare life sciences clients.
• Proven experience managing teams, leading workstreams, and mentoring consultants.
• Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite and senior healthcare executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare life sciences clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, developing strategic recommendations that improve performance and value.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
