The role requires 8+ years in strategy/management consulting, with a focus on healthcare payers, and a proven track record advising C-suite executives. Willingness to travel and help grow the practice are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategy and/or Management Consulting, preferably with a global firm.
• Experience serving healthcare payer organizations.
• Leads large-scale transformation initiatives and teams.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformations for healthcare payer clients.
• Advise senior client executives with strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support growth: recruiting, mentoring, defining best practices, thought leadership.
• Collaborate across strategy, CX, data, and technology to deliver transformation solutions.
• Build strong executive relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
