Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience, preferably with a global firm.
• Experience serving healthcare life sciences organizations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformations and mentoring teams.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite advisory experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements in healthcare life sciences.
• Advise senior client executives with strategic recommendations to improve performance and value.
• Mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams across engagements.
• Help grow the Management Consulting practice through recruiting and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across strategy, CX, data, and technology to deliver innovative solutions.
