Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Principal to drive Digital Business Transformations for healthcare payer clients. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic guidance across transformation lifecycles, shaping solutions for senior executives.

You will mentor consultants, grow the Management Consulting practice, and collaborate across strategy, experience design, data, and technology to deliver measurable business value. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience, preferably with a global firm.
• Experience serving healthcare payer organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives for healthcare payer clients.
• Proven experience mentoring consultants across multiple engagements.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare payer clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, delivering strategic recommendations that improve performance.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to growth by recruiting, mentoring, and defining best practices.
• Collaborate across strategy, customer experience, data, and technology teams to deliver transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
