HCSC is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant to leverage SQL, R, Python and Tableau/Power BI to support commercial clients in healthcare analytics. The role requires expert data handling, visualization, and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities include leading client engagements, guiding internal teams, and scaling impactful analytics across the organization. Hybrid office model with in-person collaboration three days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
• PhD with 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
• 12 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
• Understanding and proficiency at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, R.
• Ability to create dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Business intelligence understanding from inception to execution.
