Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus extensive experience in health care services, statistics, or insurance economics.
• Advanced querying of diverse data sources to derive meaningful insights.
• Strong analytics with proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.

Responsibilities

• Lead external client engagements and internal team projects with a holistic view of business problems.
• Communicate with and present to C-Suite stakeholders to elevate understanding of plan costs and health drivers.
• Design and maintain standard data layers and coding standards for organizational use cases.
• Scale and market impactful client engagements for broader impact in partnership with management.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outputs for senior leadership decisions.
