You will drive standards, architecture, and processes that scale to mass production, partnering with EE, RF, SW, and ME leads to align requirements and design decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hardware engineering experience required.
• Deep expertise in at least two of electrical, RF, or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and verification plans.
• Lead cross-disciplinary design reviews and technical decisions.
• Own system-level certification strategy across US and international standards.
• Partner with ODM/JDM and manufacturing for production readiness.
