You will mentor junior engineers, ensure project timelines, and collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical teams to deliver robust hardware solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hardware design (digital/analog).
• Experience with high-speed interfaces and signal integrity.
• Strong embedded computer system knowledge (MPUs/FPGA).
• PCB design constraints, stack-ups, manufacturability.
• Familiarity with Cadence/Allegro, Altium, OrCAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital/analog circuits for advanced applications.
• Create/review schematics within project constraints.
• Work on high-speed interfaces and signal integrity.
• Develop embedded computer system designs.
• Collaborate with PCB layout to meet stack-up and manufacturability.
• Provide guidance on PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
• Mentor junior/mid engineers; drive team deliverables.
• Lead hardware projects in a fast-paced environment.
