Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on hardware engineering with digital circuit instrument design.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, player/coach preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuit design, signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural direction.
• Oversee hardware development from concept to production, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering for cross-functional alignment.
• Define the strategic direction of digital instrumentation.
• Contribute to PCB/PCBA design, layout, and component selection.
