Lead 4–8 quarter bets, publish a growth thesis, and set an operating rhythm for rapid experimentation. Translate results into concrete product changes and collaborate across eng, design, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth portfolio end-to-end across landing, signup, onboarding, and monetization.
• Define a multi-quarter growth thesis and quarterly bets on channels.
• Set the operating rhythm for the Growth PM team, run experiments weekly, and document learnings.
