Job summary

Upside is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the personalization-based growth engine. You will turn an ambitious vision into a sequenced, buildable roadmap, deciding on systems, partnerships, and technology required to bring it to life.

You will align engineering, design, data, and marketing around a shared plan and measurable outcomes. You will drive multi-vertical adoption, define KPIs, run rapid experiments, and work with the marketing team to create localized, personalized

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with complex or platform-level initiatives.
• Proven ability to build scalable personalization or CRM systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; uses data/experimentation to guide decisions.
• Ability to communicate clearly across engineering, design, data, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Upside's personalized growth engine.
• Define requirements, prioritize backlog across data infrastructure, outreach, app surfaces, and incentives.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and impact.
• Lead cross-functional efforts and partner with marketing to translate needs into roadmap.
