Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead growth for its Outbound Communications marketplace. You will own CTR, conversion, and incremental OPS per message across email, push, SMS, and messaging channels, guiding the technical products like personalization, send-time optimization, and interactive experiences.

You will collaborate with engineering and science teams to bring ML/AI into targeting, ranking, and content, while ensuring customer trust and opt-out guardrails.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

Own the growth strategy, roadmap, and goals for Outbound's customer attention marketplace across channels.
Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with A/B testing.
Own the technical products that drive engagement: personalization, send-time, and interactive experiences.
Partner with science and engineering to apply ML/AI models and measure incrementality.
Define the growth funnel and instrument it end-to-end, real-time and attributable.
