Amazon Quick is seeking a Sr Principal Product Manager-Technical to own growth strategy across social and enterprise channels. This strategic leadership role requires deep understanding of UX patterns, incentive structures, and engagement mechanics that drive durable, compounding growth.

You will identify structural levers that make adoption viral and retention inevitable, and execute with a small, high-caliber team of PMTs in close partnership with cross‑functional teams across Amazon.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in growth roles
• Track record of viral adoption, engagement growth or revenue acceleration
• Deep expertise in product-led growth mechanics: virality, activation and retention

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, and engagement metrics
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Alliances to build product-led expansion mechanics
• Design viral loops, referral systems, and activation experiences
• Own multi-year growth strategy with channel priorities and benchmarking
• Lead a small, high-performing team of growth-focused PMTs across functions
