Job summary

Amazon seeks a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead growth for the Outbound Communications marketplace. You will own CTR, conversions, and incremental sales per message across email, push, SMS, and more, building personalization, send-time optimization, and engaging interactive experiences at scale.

You will run rapid experimentation, define end-to-end growth metrics, and partner with engineering to ship platform capabilities used by multiple sending teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy, roadmap, and goals for Outbound's customer attention marketplace across channels (email, push, SMS).
• Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with self-service for every sending team.
• Own technical products: personalization, recommendations, send-time and channel optimization, and interactive experiences.
• Partner with science and engineering to bring ML/AI into audience targeting and experimentation, measuring incrementality.
