The Atlantic District in Leesburg, Virginia seeks a Principal General Agent to lead our sales division, overseeing growth across primary lines of business and mentoring a team of licensed agents. You will build local relationships with business owners and leaders to expand reach and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia life, accident, and health license or ability to obtain license.
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.

• History of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
• Experience with agency management software and digital reporting tools.
