The Atlantic District in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Principal General Agent to lead agency sales, mentor producers, and strengthen client relationships in a collaborative, community-focused environment. You will shape strategy and drive local service excellence.

Based at our Lebanon home base, this role offers the opportunity to expand our presence in the region while supporting neighbors with tailored insurance solutions and a strong team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
• Proven success in independent insurance sales or agency leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanon, PA market and community dynamics.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Experience mentoring and guiding a team of producers.
• Proficient in managing client databases and digital policy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all agency sales initiatives while maintaining high client care.
• Serve as primary contact for complex insurance inquiries and needs.
• Develop and execute plans to expand our presence in Lebanon and surrounding regions.
• Mentor junior agents by sharing knowledge and sales techniques.
• Participate in local business gatherings and community events.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine product offerings for neighbor needs.
