The Atlantic District in Susquehanna, PA is seeking an experienced General Agency Principal. You will direct daily operations, shape long-term strategy, and lead a team of licensed producers to exceed sales goals.

You will cultivate relationships with local business leaders, analyze financial and operational metrics for growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive client acquisition to expand our regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required.
• Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or sales teams.
• Deep understanding of carrier relations and underwriting guidelines.
• Proven track record of agency growth and staff development.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital marketing analytics.
