Oversee daily operations and strategic direction for our Manassas-based office.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing group of sales producers.
Develop and execute local outreach initiatives to increase our market footprint.
Manage carrier relationships to ensure we provide competitive and comprehensive coverage options.
Cultivate a supportive, energetic office culture that values individual growth and professional development.
Review agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in the state of Virginia.
Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales and agency management.
Demonstrated history of building and leading successful sales teams.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
Strong public speaking and relationship-building abilities.
