Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in the Pennsylvania region.
Recruit, train, and guide a team of sales agents toward achieving their individual and collective targets.
Maintain high standards of service while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients and regional stakeholders.
Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and refine our outreach strategies.
Lead team meetings and workshops to share best practices and foster a collaborative environment.
Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Minimum of five years experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Strong ability to mentor others and foster professional development.
Comprehensive understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines.
Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
