ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking a Facilities Assessment Principal to lead our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Atlanta, GA. You will guide facilities assessment projects, provide expert-level review, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and owners to align capital planning with asset management goals.

The role emphasizes project leadership, technical execution, and a strong client-facing presence in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 12+ years of facilities assessments, PCA/FCA, capital planning, or related consulting experience.
• Licensed or certified: PE or RA.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCA/FCA projects and capital planning studies for clients.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight on reports and fieldwork.
• Serve as primary client contact and drive business development opportunities.
