Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 12+ years of related facilities assessments, property condition assessments, capital planning, or related consulting services.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.).

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities assessment projects and act as a senior technical expert on PCA, FCA, and capital planning.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee project scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Review reports for technical accuracy and ensure alignment with ECS standards.
