Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in facilities assessments and capital planning.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout with quality expectations.
• Oversee technical reviews and project budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their career progression.
